About Us
Carol is a trainer, speaker and coach, with extensive experience in all areas of sales, marketing and personal impact. Carol set up Alice Carroll Training in 2005 with the continued aim of finding training solutions that directly meet the needs of our customers.
Before setting up Alice Carroll, she worked as a sales and marketing manager in the City of London for financial institutions such as The Association of Corporate Treasurers and NatWest Markets. She also has extensive experience as an image consultant and personal branding specialist.
Carol is a motivating and inspirational speaker. As a trainer, she brings enthusiasm, energy and fun into the learning environment and has a passion for helping people maximise their potential. She is also a training solutions provider who has the ability to design new training courses and workshops to suit your specific needs.
Carol has solid experience and a proven track record as a sales and business coach. She has worked across a wide number of business sectors including retail, the media, logistics and finance. She has also spoken as an expert for BBC radio and has written many magazine articles.
Bella is an organisational consultant with solid experience in programme management and change management gained with Deloitte Consulting and BBC News.
She works with organisations to build employee engagement and improve management and leadership skills. She works particularly in the private sector, and has facilitated conversations, teams, workshops, debates, events and research and communication programmes to advance thinking and action in these areas.
She has developed many practical programmes for managers and leaders to develop their vision, skills, behaviour and daily interactions in an upbeat and engaging way, with a clear eye on the business case for change.
Her publications include “Make It Your Business” a handbook for businesswomen, voted “Best of Its Kind” by Management Today. She has been invited to speak at many events, including the Conservative Conference 2008, and at the Labour Mayor’s Women in Business Conference in 2006. Bella is a member of the CIPD’s Senior Diversity Network.

Helen is a sales, management and personal impact trainer and coach. She has over 10 years experience working in publishing for London’s leading glossy magazine publishers such as Cosmopolitan, She, Good Housekeeping and Harpers and Queen.
