This is a unique, intensive and highly interactive 1 day course that enables sales people and managers alike to understand how to build stronger, lasting customer relationships.
Delegates will learn how to transform their client relationships by identifying customer preferences and converting them into sales opportunities, using techniques from NLP models, personal image and body language.
