We offer three different types of coaching: business, sales and executive programmes.
If you run a small business and you want to improve your results, this service is for you. Whatever sector you are in, taking the time to assess where you can improve your business model and learn the skills you need, is always a very good use of your time and budget.
When you book one-to-one coaching sessions, the first thing you will be asked to do is to fill out a Myers Briggs psychometric assessment. This will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete (outside of the coaching sessions). Carol will then assess your answers to find out how you will want to be coached in order to get the maximum benefit in the shortest amount of time.
The assessment is not a test and it will not determine how good you are at different areas of your business. Instead, it will show how you will respond to different methods of coaching and how you prefer to receive information; for example, whether you like lots of theory or a far more practical approach.

If you want to improve your sales results, our group training courses will give your sales force all the skills they need. However, with one to one sales coaching, your team members will be coached to bring out the best in their own individual ability and develop both the skills and the winning mindset of the top sales achievers.
Sales coaching can be used in different ways: to bring up the results of your bottom performers and give them the opportunity to improve, to bring on your middle performers to turn them into star performers and to work with your star performers to keep them motivated and ensure you are getting the best from them.
