Carol Goodsman

Carol set up Alice Carroll in October 2002. She is a keynote speaker and trainer and a leading specialist in the field of image and personal branding with over 20 years experience. Over this time she has helped thousands of people to take ownership of their image.

Carol believes that a company is only as good as the motivation, skills and image of its' people. She is a highly skilled communicator who believes in the power of inspiration, training and personal branding.

Originally trained at The London College of Fashion, Carol is also a qualified practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and writes for several magazines on a freelance basis, as well as speaking as a fashion expert for BBC Radio.

Bella Mehta

Bella is a coach, facilitator, author and organisational consultant with a strong track record in business and personal development.  Prior to launching her own company, she was a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting and a project manager for BBC News. Her company Enspiral Ltd has been providing coaching, facilitation and training since 2001.  She is a highly-skilled practitioner of humanistic psychology and has a Diploma in Advanced Facilitation, Coaching and Change Management from the Institute for the Development of Human Potential (IDHP).
 
As a career and executive coach, she has supported many women and men, both employed and self-employed, in their search for a rewarding career.  As a consultant and trainer/facilitator, she supports groups to work well together and helps organisations with a matrix structure address communication and leadership issues.  She is a specialist in gender issues and advises senior business women, networks and organisations who wish to recruit and retain female talent.  She offers practical tools, workable solutions and valuable know-how alongside challenge, connection and inspiration.
 
She is the co-author of a best-selling business handbook, Make It Your Business¸ a respected commentator on television and radio, and publishes articles about career success and satisfaction.
